The Beyond Activ Community App is a professional B2B platform operated by FIT Summit Pte. Ltd. providing networking, content, and event services.

Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering agreements.

Users must provide accurate information and maintain account security.

Beyond Activ acts solely as a platform provider and not as a broker or advisor. We do not guarantee outcomes, deals, or business success.

All interactions and transactions between users are at their own risk. Beyond Activ is not responsible for any disputes or outcomes.

Users must not:

• Misuse the platform
• Scrape or extract data
• Send spam or aggressive solicitations
• Violate laws or rights of others

Users grant Beyond Activ a license to use posted content for platform operation and promotion.

All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

All platform content is owned by FIT Summit Pte. Ltd.

The App is provided “as is” without guarantees.

Liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months – capped at USD$99.00.

Users agree to indemnify Beyond Activ from claims arising from misuse or breaches.

Accounts may be suspended or terminated at our discretion.

Each Beyond Activ Community membership is valid for one (1) year (365 days) from the date of purchase. During the membership period, members receive full access to the Beyond Activ Community App, including access to news and content, networking and messaging features, the ability to publish posts and promote themselves and their business within the community, discounted pricing for eligible Beyond Activ events and services, and any additional member benefits introduced during the subscription period.

Membership is sold as an automatically renewing annual subscription. Unless cancelled before the renewal date, your subscription will automatically renew every 365 days and the applicable subscription fee will be charged to the payment method associated with your Apple App Store or Google Play account. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling prevents future renewals only. Your current membership remains active until the end of the paid subscription period.

The introductory annual membership price is approximately USD $99 plus any applicable taxes. Local pricing may vary. Beyond Activ reserves the right to change subscription pricing at any time for future subscription periods. Price changes will only apply to renewals or new memberships, subject to applicable law. As at the date of these Terms, Beyond Activ intends memberships renewing for a second year, and new memberships purchased on or after 1 January 2027, to be approximately USD $149 per year plus applicable taxes. This planned pricing may change.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Cancellation prevents automatic renewal but does not terminate your current membership. You will continue to enjoy membership benefits until the end of the subscription period already paid for. Except where required by applicable law or Apple or Google policies, subscription fees are non-refundable and no partial refunds or credits will be provided.

Beyond Activ may suspend, restrict or permanently revoke a membership at its sole discretion where a member breaches these Terms or Community Guidelines, engages in harassment, abusive, fraudulent or unlawful conduct, misuses the platform or its members, attempts to scrape or harvest platform data, or otherwise acts in a manner that may harm the Beyond Activ community. Memberships revoked for these reasons are not entitled to a refund.

These Terms are governed by Singapore law.
