The Beyond Activ Community App is a professional networking and content platform designed to:

• Connect members of the global fitness & wellness industry
• Enable community discussions and knowledge sharing
• Facilitate event participation and networking
• Share industry insights, resources and updates
• Support collaboration within the Beyond Activ ecosystem

The App may include user profiles, messaging, content posting, event registration, and other interactive features.

To use the App, you must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction), be legally capable of entering into binding agreements, and not be barred from using digital platforms under applicable law. We reserve the right to verify eligibility and suspend accounts that do not meet these requirements.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information; maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials; and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

You may not create accounts on behalf of others without authorization, impersonate any person or organization, or use false professional credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Beyond Activ App is a professional industry community. You agree not to:

• Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, harassing, hateful, discriminatory or misleading
• Share sexually explicit, violent or harmful material
• Promote illegal products or services
• Upload malware, spam, bots or automated scripts
• Collect or scrape user data
• Interfere with the operation or security of the App
• Infringe intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to moderate, remove or restrict content and accounts at our sole discretion to protect the integrity and safety of the community.

You retain ownership of your User Content. By posting content on the App, you grant Beyond Activ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, distribute and promote such content for purposes related to operating and improving the App.

You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to post the content, the content does not infringe third-party rights, and the content complies with these Terms and applicable laws. We are not responsible for User Content posted by users.

The App may allow users to register for Beyond Activ events, purchase tickets, and access paid content or features. All fees (if applicable) will be displayed prior to payment confirmation. Payments processed via Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to their respective billing policies.

Unless otherwise stated, payments are generally non-refundable. If an event is cancelled by us, we may offer a refund, credit or rescheduling.

Content shared within the App relating to fitness, wellness, active ageing, health technology, and business strategy is provided for informational and professional networking purposes only.

Beyond Activ does not provide medical advice. Users should consult qualified professionals before making health, medical or business decisions based on information shared within the App.

All content provided by Beyond Activ within the App — including logos, branding, designs, text, and platform features — is owned by or licensed to FIT Summit Pte. Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit any portion of the App without prior written consent.

We may modify features, update functionality, perform maintenance, or discontinue certain services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the App.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in harmful or unlawful behavior, or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beyond Activ shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, data or goodwill, or damages resulting from user interactions. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) within the previous 12 months.

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect personal data.

We may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted within the App with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
