Age Restriction
The Beyond Activ Community App is intended for users aged 18 years or older.
- We do not knowingly allow minors to create accounts
- If we become aware that a user under 18 has created an account, we will take immediate steps to suspend or delete the account
- We may request identity verification if age concerns arise
Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation (CSAE)
Beyond Activ maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Grooming or predatory behavior
- Sexual exploitation of minors
- Sexualized content involving minors
- Any attempt to contact or target minors for inappropriate purposes
Any such activity will result in immediate account termination, preservation of evidence, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities, and cooperation with regulatory bodies.
Prohibited Content Involving Minors
The following content is strictly prohibited:
- Sexual content involving individuals under 18
- Suggestive or exploitative images of minors
- Requests for images of minors
- Role-play involving minors in sexual contexts
- Links to external sites containing CSAM
- Content that facilitates trafficking or exploitation
This applies regardless of whether the content is "fictional," edited, AI-generated, or implied. There are no exceptions.
Grooming & Predatory Behavior
We prohibit any behavior that could indicate grooming, including:
- Attempting to build inappropriate relationships with minors
- Requesting private contact information from minors
- Attempting to move conversations off-platform for inappropriate purposes
- Manipulating or coercing minors
Even suspected grooming behavior may result in immediate action.
Reporting & Enforcement
Users may report suspected violations through:

Reports are reviewed promptly. If we detect or receive credible reports of child exploitation, accounts will be suspended immediately, content will be removed, authorities may be notified, and we may cooperate with international law enforcement agencies. We retain the right to preserve account data as required by law.

To protect platform integrity, Beyond Activ may:
- Monitor public content
- Use automated detection systems to identify harmful content
- Restrict messaging capabilities if misuse is detected
- Permanently ban repeat offenders
We continuously evaluate and update our safety mechanisms to align with global child protection standards.

Beyond Activ complies with applicable laws regarding child protection. We may share relevant data with law enforcement, respond to lawful data requests, and support investigations involving child safety.
