This is a professional industry platform. You are expected to:

• Treat others with respect
• Engage in constructive dialogue
• Share accurate and honest information
• Represent your professional identity truthfully

We do not tolerate behavior that undermines trust within the community.

The following is strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, bullying, or intimidation
• Hate speech or discriminatory language
• Threats of violence
• Sexual harassment or unwanted advances
• Doxxing (sharing private information without consent)
• Encouraging self-harm or harmful behavior

You may not use the platform to:

• Promote illegal activities
• Sell unlawful products or services
• Share pirated or stolen materials
• Facilitate scams or fraudulent schemes

We may report illegal activity to relevant authorities.

The Beyond Activ App is not a mass marketing tool. Prohibited behavior includes:

• Unsolicited bulk messaging
• Automated bots or scripts
• Engagement manipulation
• Fake accounts
• Scraping user data
• Misleading promotional tactics

Repeat offenders will be permanently removed.

You must use your real identity, accurately represent your role or organization, and avoid impersonation. Fake profiles, parody accounts, or impersonation will be removed immediately.

When posting content, you must not share:

• Defamatory statements
• False or misleading information
• Sexually explicit material
• Graphic violence
• Copyright-infringing content
• Content that violates privacy rights

If you share health-related information, it must not be presented as medical advice unless you are properly qualified and clearly state your credentials.

Because this platform operates within the fitness and wellness ecosystem:

• Do not promote unsafe health practices
• Do not present unverified claims as facts
• Do not provide medical diagnosis or prescriptions

Members are responsible for evaluating information before acting on it.

Respect intellectual property rights. Do not post copyrighted material without permission, confidential business information, or proprietary content from employers or partners. If you believe your IP has been infringed, contact us directly.

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these Guidelines, you may report it through the in-app reporting tools or by contacting ross@beyondactiv.com.

We review reports and take appropriate action, which may include content removal, warning, temporary suspension, or permanent ban. Moderation decisions are made at our discretion to protect the community.

Violations may result in removal of content, restricted account features, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination. Serious violations (harassment, hate speech, illegal activity) may result in immediate removal without prior warning.

We reserve the right to monitor public content, remove harmful or disruptive material, and update these Guidelines as needed. Our goal is to maintain a trusted, high-quality industry environment.
